Chessboard 001

This chessboard made of Flamed Walnut, Cedar and Basswood was a personal project which allowed me to push my knowledge and develop new skills. The frame is finished with a high gloss varnish and the gameboard was flood coated with epoxy.

The underside was not finished as it was meant to be mounted on a metal stand, as a table.
