Chessboard 002

This chessboard made of Walnut, Maple and Basswood for the inlay. This was a commissioned piece. The frame and game board are finished with Rubio Monocoat.

The underside was finished with a subtle engraving on the frame, revealing the meaning of the inlay. The center section was finished as a padded fabric.
